Windmill consists of multiple subsystems and real time co-ordinated operation of these subsystems is essential to gain maximum throughput. This is a kind of project where ruggedness and safety interlocks are of utmost importance.
Major subsystems in the project were control and monitoring of Pitch Control System, Yaw Control System, Grid Control System, Production monitoring system, Safety Monitoring System. Each subsystem communicates with other subsystem to operate windmill as per desired modes and operations.
In addition all parameters changes are being logged in database, system generates 20+ management reports and emails them automatically on daily/weekly/monthly and yearly schedule.
This system maintains the stock of various items in storage system. Based on computer commands automation system brings in requested tray to delivery window. Database linked application maintains the log of all transactions carried out. Maintains stock levels of all items and also issues alerts for low stock levels of each item.
Tons of other features like stock verification, parallel operation for multiple windows, multiple instruction queuing through excel turns operators work into breeze.
System also features inbuilt report generation about the consumption patterns which are useful for taking further managerial decisions.
Welding controller system is configuration and data logging system for network of weld stations. Single PC (or multiple PCs if required) is connected to Ethernet network of weld controllers. Application dynamically identifies all the controllers and allows authorized person (as per assigned right) to view/modify 200+ welding parameters for each program. Extensive Validation and range checking ensure that user does not enter improper values for parameters
At the same time for each weld spot take on any machine system records 46 measured parameters in database. Advance report generation module then churn out this massive data to do extensive statistical analysis.

All the production data is fed to mySQL database so that extensive report generation can be performed afterwards.
In hub and cup assembly of vehicle keeping accurate predfined gap between the two items is very important to ensure proper operation and efficiency. however after the assembly there is no way that gap can be measured from outside. The system measures the cup and hub using two lvdt and internal algorithm computes the size of shim required to maitain predefined gap. the system then asks operator to put shim on cup and ensures appropriate size shim is placed. once the shim size is perfect only then system allows operator to do further assembly

At the end of micturation process the microcontroller based device programmed to determine parameters relating to urinary flow like voided volume, voiding time, flow time, maximum flow rate, average flow rate and time to maximum flow.
